We are now looking for two experienced and self-motivated Land Surveyors. One of these roles will be both site and office based while the other will be more office based and predominantly working with CAD.

LAND SURVEYOR

Job Role

  • Carry out broad range of surveys
  • Take responsibility for the processing of survey information and generation of final data to be issued
  • Liaise with clients

Essential Attributes

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant survey experience
  • Self-motivated, resourceful & ability to problem solve
  • Technical understanding of Leica survey equipment along with limitations
  • Ability to apply survey knowledge to arrive at a practical solution
  • IT literate with survey processing and CAD

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience of AutoCAD & N4ce
  • Degree/HND/Diploma qualification in Land Surveying or related qualification

CAD TECHNICIAN / OFFICE BASED LAND SURVEYOR

Job Role

  • Survey processing, CAD & issue of all types of survey
  • Process point clouds and generate 3D models
  • QA checks on survey information prior to issue to client
  • Liaise with clients

Essential Attributes

  • Experience in AutoCAD
  • Self-motivated, resourceful & ability to apply survey knowledge to problem solving
  • Knowledge of Land and Measured Building Survey processes
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced IT led industry
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and a passion for high cartographic standard of output

Desirable Attributes

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant survey experience
  • Experience in survey processing software
  • Experience of Rhino and Revit modelling software
  • Experience in point cloud registration software
  • Degree/HND/Diploma qualification in Land Surveying or related qualification

 

For both positions, a skills assessment will take place at interview.
